We have a variety of fitness classes available that are included with your membership. Classes include: ZUMBA, Bootcamp, Yoga, PIYO, etc.
If you are new to working out we have fully certified personal trainers who will be happy to assist you and help you feel comfortable in the gym while helping you increase your knowledge about how to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle.
If tanning is your thing, we offer two tanning beds that are in operation 24/7 to accomodate your busy lifestyle. Tannings beds are on a first come first serve basis, therefore you don't have to worry about the hassle of making appointments.
